All
data is stored in the single database and accessible through the
various interfaces.
Aktavara x:akta includes graphical tools for creating
and managing objects and how they relate to each other directly
in an Oracle database. All business logic and reporting is built-in
to the x:akta software.
All business rules, naming conventions, database field attributes
etc are easily configured in x:akta to match corporate
processes and routines.
These system properties can be extended or supplemented in later
phases if required by a system administrator. In addition to pre-defined
reports, users can create ad-hoc reports in standard desk-top tools
such as Microsoft Word, Excel etc
The following are examples of pre-defined GUI's for facility
managers:
Note! All information displayed (including the Pie-Charts)
is dynamically generated from Oracle each time the user generates
the view - always up-to-date.
The system can also automatically retrieve data from external
systems - either at pre-determined intervals or on demand.
Similarly, information from the APBM system can be shared
with other relevant applications. The same tools can be used
for data import/export. Naturally the data can be filtered
or formatted using x:akta RTC.
APBM radically improves the recurring/repetative processes
that are essential for efficient management of corporate facilities
and services. This means first-class Quality Control as well
as saving time for users. |
