Use
case 2: Affected Customers
Objective:
- Generate a list of Customers affected by a cable cut
Pre-Requisites:
- Cable name known by the NOC-personnel (provided by the affected services
request input)
Process:
Result:
- The damaged cable section is located in x:akta
and all the dependent client services are displayed
- All client services without protection are identified
- These details now enable further processing - eg: alternate routing, repair, e-mails to affected customers, etc.
This example is part of a continuing series showing how x:akta
