Use case 6: Base Station Provisioning

Objective:

• Create provisioning plan for a BS (Base Station)
• Create all circuits between BS and BSC (transmission and O&M)
• Generate graphical report (Visio) describing the changes to the network

Pre-Requisites:

• Base station is already planned with physical connectivity (trunks)
• BS and BSC ends known by the planner (provided by the provisioning request input)

Result:

Reports showing the results can be either graphical (eg. MS Visio) or Textual (Spreadsheet)
