x:akta Customized Training Courses

Our customized courses are designed to provide users with the knowledge and experience they need to be able to perform or support the business processes of their organization using x:akta.

The objectives of the course and its duration depends on the customer's needs and circumstances. The exact contents of the course are determined together with the customer.

There are two levels of customization, depending on the degree of competence required.

Customized Course A:

• View standard x:akta training exercises using the customer's database and naming conventions.

Customized Course B:

• View standard x:akta training exercises using the customer's database and naming conventions.
• Create supplemental training exercises around the specific work processes of the organization.

• Field engineers and maintenance technicians
• Traffic capacity planners and managers

Prerequisites

• Previous participation in x:akta Overview and Advanced courses
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications network layout and terminology
